This information is used only to deliver the messages you have requested, and is shared only with the service providers that help us send those messages, and only for that purpose.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Enrollment and consent. If you opt in to receive text messages, for example by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, or by texting a keyword to us, you consent to receive autodialed and other text messages (SMS/MMS) from Ox Floors at the mobile number you provide. These may include responses to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry; real-time questions and answers about our services and pricing; appointment scheduling and confirmations; feedback requests; project updates; follow-ups; and offers about our products and services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Ox Floors sends recurring messages, and the number you receive depends on your inquiries, appointments, and active projects.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of your mobile information. We will not share or use your mobile number for any purpose other than to communicate with you as described here. No mobile information, and no text messaging opt-in or consent data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Typical retention periods are seven (7) years for financial records, and, for other data, as long as your account is active plus a three (3) year post-termination period. Records evidencing telephone and text-message consent and opt-out are retained for at least five (5) years.
